Embassy Office REIT to enter Nifty 500, only investment trust in Nifty Midcap 150

Embassy Office Parks REIT will be included in the Nifty 500 and Nifty Midcap 150 from September 30, 2026, as part of NSE Indices’ latest periodic review. The REIT will also enter several other broad-based indices, potentially increasing its visibility and participation from institutional and passive investors.
