Lodha Developers profit rises 28% YoY to Rs 1,013 crore in Sept quarter

Lodha has announced a remarkable 63% surge in net profit, reaching ₹2,386 crore for the first half of FY27. This growth is driven by impressive operational performance, with net profit for the September quarter rising by 28% to ₹1,013 crore and revenue climbing 18% to ₹4,468 crore. The company’s pre-sales also saw a 10% increase to ₹5,037 crore, alongside plans for expansion in NCR and Bengaluru.
