Hindustan Labs, RK Steel get Sebi nod to launch IPOs

Hindustan Laboratories has received Sebi’s observations, a crucial step towards its IPO, which includes a fresh issue and an offer for sale. The company plans to use the proceeds for working capital and general corporate needs. RK Steel Manufacturing also received regulatory approval for its issue.
