HDB Financial Services’ Rs 12,500-crore IPO to open on June 25

HDB Financial Services, HDFC Bank’s NBFC arm, is launching its ₹12,500-crore IPO on June 25, with a price band of ₹700-740 per share. The IPO, closing on June 27, includes a fresh issue of ₹2,500 crore and an offer for sale of ₹10,000 crore by HDFC Bank.
