HC allows trustees bodies to approach CCI on jurisdiction issue

A division bench of Justices GS Patel and Neela Gokhale in its oral order directed the fairtrade regulator to decide on the issue of its jurisdiction first, leaving other contentions open. Till the time CCI decides on its jurisdiction, there will be a stay on its investigation in the matter. The detailed order was not uploaded till press time.
