SFC Environmental IPO opens: Check GMP, price band and other key details

The Rs 667.53-crore public issue is a combination of a fresh issue of 45.45 lakh shares aggregating to Rs 150 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 1.57 crore shares worth Rs 517.53 crore. Through the OFS, existing shareholders will sell part of their holdings, while the company will receive proceeds from the fresh issue.
