Varmora Granito raises Rs 212 crore from anchor investors ahead of Rs 708 crore IPO

Varmora Granito secured ₹212.4 crore from anchor investors on Monday. This fundraising occurred a day before its ₹708-crore initial public offering. The company allocated 1.43 crore equity shares to seventeen funds. Goldman Sachs and ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund were among the key participants. Other notable investors included Bandhan Mutual Fund and Bharti AXA Life Insurance.
