Tata Consumer shares jump 3% after Q1 results. Here’s why Nomura, Motilal see strong upside potential

Tata Consumer Products shares rose 3% after the FMCG major reported a 27.8% YoY jump in Q1 FY27 net profit to Rs 427 crore, while revenue increased 11.9% to Rs 5,349 crore. Brokerages remain bullish, with Nomura reiterating a Buy rating and raising its target price to Rs 1,475, citing calibrated price hikes, margin resilience and expectations of sustained double-digit sales growth.
