Nestle India declares special dividend of Rs 2. Check record date and other details

Nestle India, the maker of Maggi noodles, has announced a special dividend of Rs 2 per equity share, payable on July 30, 2026. This payout will be funded by retained earnings. The company also declared a final dividend of Rs 5 per share for FY26. The company had strong Q4 FY26 results, showing a 27% profit jump and a 23% revenue increase.
