Elon Musk’s case against OpenAI, Sam Altman set to go for trial

A US judge has dismissed Elon Musk’s fraud claims in his lawsuit against OpenAI and Sam Altman. The case will now proceed to trial on Musk’s claims of breach of charitable trust and unjust enrichment. Jury selection begins Monday, with opening arguments Tuesday. Musk seeks $150 billion in damages for OpenAI’s charitable arm.
