RVNL posted modest Q3FY26 profit growth despite weak margins, as expenses rose faster than revenue. Net profit increased 4% year-on-year to Rs 324 crore, while revenue grew 3%. Higher project costs kept profit before tax largely flat during the quarter.
The stock continued to remain the most valued listed company in the country despite the decline.
Domestic equities ended flat on Friday as MPC matched market expectations, while supportive measures announced by the RBI Governor helped strengthen the rupee.
