BAT to offload ITC Hotels shares worth Rs 2,948 crore via a block deal

British American Tobacco plans to sell approximately 7% of ITC Hotels shares, valued at around ₹2,948 crore, via a block deal on December 5. The sale, which represents a portion of BAT’s 15.3% stake, will occur at a floor price of ₹205.6 per share. This secondary transaction follows ITC Hotels’ demerger from ITC Limited.
