Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Ltd (Arcil), India’s second-largest ARC, is launching an IPO with existing shareholders selling a 32.57% stake. Avenue Capital Group will significantly reduce its holding, while SBI and a GIC affiliate will also offload shares.
