Zen Tech share price: Zen Technologies board has approved acquiring a 54.67% stake in defence tech firm TISA Aerospace, which specialises in loitering munitions and UAVs. The Rs 6.56 crore deal marks Zen’s strategic expansion into advanced drone warfare technologies, boosting its defence capabilities.
