REC shares rise 2% amid Rs 1.55 lakh cr fundraise plans, SPV strike off

REC Share Price: The REC board has approved a Rs 1.55 lakh crore fundraising plan through bonds and proposed the strike-off of Rajgarh III Power Transmission Ltd, a project-specific SPV. The decision to dissolve the SPV comes after the government de-notified the associated project.
