Sodhani Academy IPO: Check issue size, price band, GMP and other details

Sodhani Academy’s SME IPO will open for subscription today and close on September 17. The company aims to raise Rs 6.12 crore by offering shares at Rs 40 each. The proceeds will be used for capital expenditure and general corporate purposes. The shares are expected to list on the BSE SME platform on September 20.
