Adani Enterprises’ Rs 400 crore debenture issue, launched on Wednesday, saw a 221% oversubscription on its second day, driven by strong retail interest. The non-convertible debentures offer annual yields between 9.25% and 9.90%, closing on September 17. The issue will help repay existing debt and fund general corporate purposes.
