Juniper Hotels, owned by Saraf Group, has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with Sebi to raise funds for its IPO. The IPO will consist of a fresh issue of equity shares worth up to Rs 1800 crore. The proceeds will be used for debt repayment and general corporate purposes. Juniper Hotels is a luxury hotel development company and the largest Hyatt-affiliated owner in India. It plans to add more luxury and upscale hotels to its portfolio. The IPO comes as the travel and hospitality sector experiences a strong rebound.
Govt seeks House nod for extra ₹51,463 cr spending
The Indian government has sought parliamentary approval for an additional net expenditure of ₹51,463 crore for the current fiscal year, on top of a previous
