Tata Motors DVR back in focus amid hopes of dividend after a 7-year gap

Tata Motors may consider dividend payment for FY23 after seven years, which may narrow the discount in its DVR shares over its ordinary shares. Tata Motors’ DVRs trade at a 44% discount to its ordinary shares, but offer a higher percentage of dividends for retail investors.
