Baanganga Gold & Diamond files DRHP for Rs 720 crore IPO, fresh issue pegged at Rs 540 crore

Baanganga Gold & Diamond has filed its DRHP for an IPO comprising a fresh issue of up to ₹540 crore and OFS of up to ₹180 crore. The jewellery manufacturer plans to use fresh proceeds mainly for working capital requirements.
