Bonus issue alert! Last day to buy Goodluck India shares for 2:1 bonus reward. How will dividend payout be impacted?

Goodluck India in July announced its maiden bonus issue in the ratio of 2:1. Under the proposal, eligible shareholders will receive two bonus equity shares of face value Rs 2 each for every one equity share held as of the record date, which will be announced separately.
