Monarch Mutual Fund has filed draft papers with Sebi for its maiden scheme, an overnight fund investing primarily in one-day securities. The open-ended debt scheme targets low risk, high liquidity and overnight-rate-linked returns, with Sanjay Motta as fund manager.
