KKR-backed LEAP India raised Rs 371.3 crore through a pre-IPO placement, selling 2.34 crore shares at Rs 159 apiece. The round saw participation from GIC subsidiary Gamnat Pte Ltd, Dymon Asia and promoter-linked Matyas Possessiones. Gamnat received shares worth Rs 280 crore.
