Motilal Oswal Financial Services reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 1,273 crore for Q1 FY27. Revenue from operations jumped over 25% year-on-year to Rs 3,426 crore during the quarter. The company achieved its highest ever operating profit after tax of Rs 1,513 crore. Its asset management business profit surged 73% to Rs 245 crore. The wealth management segment saw a 42% rise in Annual Recurring Revenue.
Govt to sell up to 6% stake in Hindustan Copper via OFS; floor price at 10% discount
The government will sell a 3% stake in Hindustan Copper through an OFS at Rs 514 per share, with an option to divest another 3%.
