Vodafone Idea shares rose ahrply on Monday after ET reported that JSW Group and ST Telemedia are exploring a potential stake in the telecom operator. The discussions are exploratory, following government-backed financial relief, as Vi seeks strategic investors to strengthen capital and reduce spectrum liabilities.
