Brookfield India REIT raises Rs2,000 crore

Brookfield India Real Estate Trust has secured ₹2,000 crore from its first sustainability-linked bonds. The International Finance Corporation acted as an anchor investor. This marks another significant fundraising effort for the REIT. These funds will support future growth and expansion plans.
