Commerce ministry recommends anti-dumping duty on solar cells from China for 3 yrs

India’s trade remedies body has recommended anti-dumping duties on solar cell imports from China. This move aims to protect manufacturers in the country from products priced below normal value. Duties are also suggested for paperboards from Chile and China, and soda ash from Turkey, Russia, USA, and Iran. The finance ministry will make the final decision on these recommendations.
