Behari Lal Engineering, CSM Technologies file DRHPs with Sebi to launch IPO

Behari Lal Engineering and CSM Technologies have filed draft papers with Sebi for their IPOs. Behari Lal seeks to raise Rs 110 crore via fresh issue and OFS, while CSM plans a pure fresh issue of 1.29 crore shares to fund growth and expansion.
