Bank of India has declared Reliance Communications, its subsidiary Reliance Telecom, and Anil Ambani’s loan accounts fraudulent, totaling ₹725 crore. The bank alleges the funds, intended for spectrum purchase, were instead invested in mutual funds and fixed deposits.
