Waaree Energies shares: The deal, finalized on June 27, will be carried out via a one-time international supply agreement. According to a stock exchange filing on Friday, Waaree Solar Americas will supply 270 MW of modules in 2025, with the remaining 270 MW slated for delivery between 2027 and 2028.
