FPIs push for extended license tenure and CAS in India

Foreign portfolio investors are requesting Sebi to extend their license tenure to five years and introduce a closing auction session for more accurate closing prices. They also seek exemptions from granular disclosures for large private funds and a review of the threshold for revealing the identities of ultimate beneficial owners.
