UltraTech Cement announces 1:52 share swap ratio for acquisition of Kesoram Industries

UltraTech Cement announced a 1:52 share swap ratio for acquiring Kesoram Industries, effective March 1, 2025. The board also approved expansion into the wires and cables segment. UltraTech and Kesoram shares closed lower following the announcement.
