Mahindra Lifespace to raise up to Rs 1,500 cr via rights issue to cut debt, aid growth

Mahindra Lifespaces plans to raise up to Rs 1,500 crore through a rights issue to support debt reduction and growth. The board approved the plan to benefit eligible shareholders. Despite a net loss of Rs 22.47 crore in the December 2024 quarter compared to a profit the previous year, revenue increased significantly, while expenses also rose.
