Capital Infra Trust InvIT’s IPO opens today, targeting Rs 1,578 crore. Priced between Rs 99-100 per unit, 75% is for institutional investors and 25% for non-institutional investors. Proceeds will repay loans. Sponsored by Gawar Construction, the trust focuses on road and highway projects. SBI Capital Markets and HDFC Bank are lead managers.
