Hubtown focuses on debt reduction and land monetization. The company aims for zero debt in the coming years. It will leverage prime land holdings, including a 150-acre Thane plot. Hubtown has a 30 million square feet portfolio. Ongoing projects include 25 Downtown and Hubtown Seasons. Upcoming projects include 25 Estates and 25 Vistas. The company recently raised Rs 1,250 crore.
