Blackstone-backed International Gemological Institute IPO to open on Dec 13, aiming to raise Rs 4,225 crore

The offer includes a fresh issue of Rs 1,475 crore, along with an offer for sale (OFS) of Rs 2,750 crore. The company submitted its draft papers on August 27, 2024, and received an observation letter from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) on November 28.
