Property Share REIT IPO Day 3: Check subscription, price band, and other details

Property Share Investment Trust’s (PSIT) REIT IPO, India’s first for small and medium real estate, was fully subscribed at 119%. The IPO, for the PropShare Platina scheme, targets a Prestige Tech Platina asset acquisition. Priced at ₹10-10.5 lakh per unit, the IPO lists on BSE December 9th, with a projected 9% FY26 yield.
