Sky Gold board approves 9:1 bonus issue after 418% stock rally in one year

Sky Gold’s Board has approved a bonus issue of shares in a 9:1 ratio, meaning investors will receive 9 additional shares for every share they hold. The record date for the issuance will be announced later. Bonus shares are fully paid additional shares that aim to enhance liquidity and lower the stock price.
