Adani Enterprises’ Rs 400 crore public issue of non-convertible debentures was fully subscribed by 121% on the first day, driven by retail investor interest. The NCDs offer an annual yield of 9.25% to 9.90% and have tenures of 24, 36, and 60 months. The issue closes on September 17.
