Indiabulls Housing’s Rs 3,693-crore rights issue subscribed 2.04 times

The rights shares were offered at Rs 150 apiece. Shareholders were offered one right share for every two shares held by them. Shares of Indiabulls Housing, which rallied 52% in the last six months or 92% in the last one year, ended at Rs 191.70 on Tuesday.
