IRM Energy IPO opens for subscription today and will close on Friday. The company, which is an emerging player in the city gas distribution segment has priced its IPO at Rs 480-505 per share. It looks to raise Rs 545 crore via the initial stake sale. The issue is completely a fresh equity sale of 1.08 crore shares.
