Lacklustre Start! Zaggle Prepaid shares list at IPO price

Zaggle Prepaid, a fintech Saas company, made its debut on the NSE and BSE at the IPO issue price of Rs 164 and Rs 162, respectively. The IPO received a good response from investors, being booked 12.57 times. However, analysts expressed caution due to the company’s aggressive valuations. The IPO consisted of a fresh issue of equity shares worth Rs 392 crore and an offer for sale of shares by promoters and investors.
