Vedanta transfers royalty from HZL to UK holding company
Vedanta Resources’ top management told bondholders at the annual investor call earlier this week that in the first quarter, Vedanta paid a higher royalty fee of 3% against 2% (paid last year) of annual revenue to its parent Vedanta Resources, said people attending the call.
