LIC net surges over 6-fold in Q4; declares Rs 3 dividend

The company had reported profit of ₹2,371 crore in the corresponding quarter in the previous year. The board has proposed a dividend of ₹3 per equity share (face value ₹10 each) for the FY 2022-23, resulting in dividend payout of ₹1,897 crore.
