“We are not granting an indefinite extension of time. If there is some genuine difficulty, you let us know,” the bench headed by chief justice DY Chandrachud told solicitor general Tushar Mehta, who appeared for Sebi. “We could have given you time till September 30… but on August 14, tell us which stage are you in.
