India’s top court is due to reveal its findings on allegations directed at the Adani Group by Hindenburg Research, who accused of corporate fraud. The court set up a six-member panel, which has filed its report on any regulatory failures and suggested reforms for investor protection. The court had also asked SEBI to separately investigate Hindenburg’s allegations, which the group has denied. Investigations could lead to changes to corporate governance frameworks and tighter rules around practices under scrutiny from Hindenburg.
