Brookfield buys 51% stake realty JV with Bharti Enterprises
Brookfield Asset Management has bought a 51% controlling stake in Rostrum Realty, which holds four upscale commercial properties in the Delhi-NCR region, including Worldmark Aerocity in Delhi and Airtel Center in Gurugram, India. Bharti Enterprises will retain the remaining 49%. Brookfield will manage the properties, and its subsidiary Brookfield Properties will run them.
