Over the last 23 years beginning FY 2000, DIIs have invested $90.6 billion in the Indian equity market. The report pointed out that a large part of the DII flows ($86.7 billion) was recorded over the last eight years (FY16-23YTD).
With the Q4 earnings season picking up pace, the companies are also rewarding their shareholders with dividends for the financial year 2024.
The numbers were mixed for IT companies as TCS Q4 results beat the estimates, while Infosys struggled with softer FY25 and revenue miss.
