Major Asian stocks opened lower Tuesday after jitters over the speed of rate hikes by the US Federal Reserve drove down Wall Street shares overnight. MSCI’s index of Asia-Pacific shares outside Japan was trading 0.54 per cent lower.
State-owned Bank of Maharashtra (BoM) on Friday reported a 45 per cent jump in its net profit to Rs 1,218 crore for the March quarter,
The company has also informed the exchanges about changing the financial year from “1st January – 31st December” cycle to “1st April – 31st March”
