Update in products will aid higher VNB for LIC

The company has included 262 products in product profitability calculation compared to just 94 products included earlier, which will help increase VNB Macquarie said. VNB is the present value of future earnings from policies issued and reflects the additional earnings expected to be generated through the new policies issued.
